Planetary gear reducer’s function is to decelerate and increase torque. The speed ratio can reach up to 30,000:1, and the transmission rate ratio of single -stage harmonic gears can also reach 1,000:1. However normal planetary reducers’ 1-stage ratios are no higher than 10:1.
High loading capacity
When the planetary gear reducer rotates, the number of the gears meshed is more, and the soft wheels use high strength materials, so they have a high loading capacity. The load carrying capability is also related with the materials using. Normally the better materials, the higher cost, and also higher rigidity and bigger output torque. The load carrying capacity is also related with the internal structure design and that is why same materials but same ratio still can have different torque.
High accuracy
Because the planetary reducer are rotated, the number of meshing gears are more, and the error generates will be compensated by each other, so it is a more accurate transmission. Also Kaifull use extra high precision CNC machines to process gears, which also enables high precision.
Normally helical gear has higher precision than spur gear. But for spur gear planetary reducers, also has precision such as 3arcmin for 1-stage, which is based on gear processing CNC machine precisions.
High transmission efficiency
The soft wheel teeth of the planetary reducer, during the rotation process, it moves at a constant speed, so his movement is more stable. Even at a high input speed, the relatively sliding speed of this round is still very low, which is still very low. Essence Such a balanced movement can effectively reduce the wear of the wheel tooth and improve the driving efficiency. 6. Background Knowledge
The working principle of planetary reducer is based on the basic principles of the planetary rotation system. It consists of multiple planet wheels, inner gear, solar wheels, and frameworks. The number of planet wheels can be selected according to the demand for deceleration and the efficiency of transmission, usually 3 to 8. The inner gear is fixed in the frame, while the solar wheel is a central wheel, which is connected to the input shaft. When the input shaft is rotated, the solar wheels drive the planet to rotate. While the planet wheel revolves along the orbit of the inner gear, it also rotates along its own axis. This special way of exercise enables the planetary wheel system to achieve a large deceleration ratio, and also ensures the stability and accuracy of the transmission.
The rotation of the input shaft is passed to the planet wheel through the solar wheel, and the planet wheel starts to rotate under the drive of the solar wheel.
While the planetary wheel revolves along the track of the inner gear, it also rotates along its own axis. This special way of exercise enables the deceleration ratio of the planetary wheel system.
The revolver and rotation of the planet wheel pass the power to the planetary rack, and the planetary shelf transmits the power to the output shaft, which drives the entire decelerator to rotate.
Under the precision manufacturing and installation of the decelerator, the stability and accuracy of the transmission are guaranteed, enabling the planetary reducer to achieve a high -precision deceleration effect.
